Your TSHE hosts are off jetting around the country, but before they left, the Council of Lady Scientists of TSHE (CoLSoTSHE) convened to dig through our archives and find a “best-of” episode for your listening pleasure. We couldn’t resist a quick sidebar to ponder the proper unit of bulk cheese, as well as raise the Grease 2 watch-along from the dead, but we were mostly just delighted at how enthusiastic we were about dairy back in the early days of the show.
