Back in the good ol’ days, before we had to make rent or mortgage payments, before groceries and insurance and car repairs, before toiletries and utilities and emergencies, how did we spend our money? When the only thing we had to worry about was our own miniature wants, what were the things for which we saved our hard-earned allowance?
